Dave came out and gave us an estimate during the height of the drought in 2015. We decided to hold off due to other needed home repairs at the time. He honored his estimate the following year, 2016. They were professional, considerate and work went as predicted time wise. The work they did was very high quality which we expected as their work for Harrah's hotel pool in Reno was highly rated. We have been very satisfied and recommend their work without reservation.

After viewing online Advanced Pool Coatings fiberglassing of Harrah's pool in Reno and a few other reviews, we were reassured and sold on them They gave us a beautiful gorgeous looking pool that fits right in with our 1950's ranch style home. We are so glad that they were available to do the job for us. The workers were professional, on time, pleasant and did a bang up job, including the clean up at the end. We couldn't be more pleased. I would rank the company AAA+ ! Thanks for a beautiful "new" pool. We can't recommend them highly and without reservation.

This company did a great job resurfacing my pool at a very fair price.  They worked through weather issues and fall leaves very efficiently, keeping me well informed throughout the entire process.  The pool looks great.  But the standout issue for me was how they dealt with a problem that showed up after everything was completed.  When I refilled my pool, the water level kept dropping about a foot a day.  They hired a company that sent out a diver to go to the bottom of the pool to diagnose the problem.  It turned that my pool had an unusual safety feature that allowed water to be drained under the pool in an emergency.  The valve that permitted water to escape had a bad gasket, and water was draining where the gasket had broken away.  The diver ordered another valve, and came back another day to replace my old one.  What was cool was this was kind of a freak issue, and Advanced Pool Coatings took responsibility and paid for the diver and the part at no cost to me.  A lesser company would have tried to pass it off as something they weren't responsible for.
To me this shows a committment to professionalism and willingness to stand by their work.  I would highly recommend them.
