I was really impressed with providers customer service - was very friendly and helpful.  I've put the project on postpone right now but as far as what I needed from the provider, everything was exactly what I'm looking for.  I would not look any further than this company for help needed in the future.

They were exceptional and I highly recommend them.  I will be using them for continuing similar work on our house.  More specifically, they were very cooperative and patient with implementing my design, which involved a number of unique features and issues that were not typical for them.  They came to my house and took careful measurements.  When the parts were ready to be assembled they invited me to examine their work for any necessary changes.  After they finished welding the parts, they brought them to the house to custom-fit them, since the lines of houses (especially old ones, like mine) are rarely perfectly parallel/perpendicular.  They then sent the metal work to be "metalized" (coated with a material to protect it from corrosion), and after that was done, installed it, again giving me the opportunity to inspect the work and have any necessary changes done.  All of the metal work was very well done, at what I believe was a reasonable price.  As I mentioned at the outset, I will be having further metal work done by them on the rest of our house.
