I received a reference for Wendy from a coworker who purchased a house with Wendy as her agent. I sat down with Wendy and explained my criteria for the home I wished to buy. The criteria would change as I search for a home. Wendy quickly adjusted to any changes in my criteria. At one point I became dissatisfied with my lender, she help find another lender who would deal with VA Loans. The new lender worked out great. For about three months we search for my home, spending many weekends driving and looking. Never was she impatient. I aways felt she was looking out for my interests as opposed to looking a quick commission. She is insightful and honest.
