Danny was my husband's and my real estate agent for getting our first house. Saying he is on top of it is an understatement. I contacted Danny on a Monday, telling him we were interested in a house and by Friday, the offer was accepted. Danny was integral during escrow and held our hands throughout the entire process. He interpreted all the legal jargon, answered all our multiple questions, made sure we finished all the required paperwork, dealt with a difficult selling agent so we didn't have to, and we even closed escrow early! (crazy b/c we requested a 30 day close). Danny is way more than a real estate agent and I can full-heartedly say that by the end of the process, you will not only have a beautiful new home but an amazing friend!

In full disclosure, I have known Danny for over six years now. He has always been my "go to" guy for Orange County as I am based out of the Inland Empire and I know area like the back of my hand and Danny knows the OC the same way. Client was looking for a commercial lease space prior to buying and I knew working with someone that with Danny's experience was the best outcome for the client. After a few weeks of searching for a space, a location was chosen and Danny's real work started then. Negotiations were not easy as the lease space was in high demand, but Danny was able to get it done and deliver. Client was extremely happy which in turn made me happy.
