Child Care - Center

My grandson was born Aug 2013.  He started Wee Care Montessori in Nov. 2013.  Today, he is 10 months old.
My grandson is the main indicator of the care that he has received and continues to receive.  His comfort is reflected in personality and developmental indicators.  He is happy and outgoing; he enjoys being at school; and feels comfortable with the teachers and other children. He does not have any eating or sleeping issues.
This school is perfect for first time parents who work and need childcare.  Daily, written and oral reports are given to the parents or grandparents (detailing the daily routine of eating and drinking times,  times of diaper changes - including whether the diaper was soiled by stools or urine; nap time - from when to when; and a section for additional comments: items needed; suggestions regarding next tasks to be work  towards - at home and in school; observations of any difference in behavior, etc.)
This school is fun for my grandson, his parents and his grandparents.  Activity times are regular; Mother's Day and Father's Day cards were made and there was a breakfast on both of those days.  The school held a winter performance/school program in which all the children participated.  All of us love the crafts that the children make (or are helped to make) that are displayed at school and are given to the parents.
The staff is professional, caring, approachable and responsive.   The staff has exceptional skills in working with diversity: parents with different parenting experiences and expectations; differing cultural values with accompanying expectations;  different personalities; and varying communication styles. As mentioned, parents and teachers discuss the children daily; additionally, a formal parent and teacher conference was held.  A multi-page report was given to the parents.  The report outlined the developmental milestones and the date that the child reached their milestones.  Future goals and how to reach them were discussed.
Our family has dropped in at various times and we find the same thing....children being appropriately cared for.  Near the end of day, I have seen staff cleaning  (refrigerator, sink, shelves, etc.)  Strangers and unapproved people cannot enter the school.  The entrance and exit exterior door has a security code that is changed periodically; additionally, there is another door that has to be opened; then, you have to sign your name and the time that child is dropped off or picked up.   If you are approved but a teacher does not recognize you when you arrive to pick up a child, you will have to show your I.D.  There is more than adequate parking.
I start as I begin, my grandson is striving.  At least twice a week, I observe my grandson and the other children being treated kindly.
