piano tuning
 + -1 moreHe told me up front what the cost would be, and during the process he identified two dead keys, which I decided not to fix at that time, but I could have if I wanted to and replaced a damaged string. Dennis's experience and attention to detail was very apparent the entire time he was here as was his skill at playing the piano. He also showed extreme courtesy and professionalism. In fact, when he arrived, he realized that he he needed an additional tool which was in his home and he drove the entire 40 minutes there, and then came right back to finish the job.
Description of Work: He tuned my concert piano for me.
