They are local to the Long Beach California area. The first time it was just a shot in the dark, I called him and another plumber, and he responded. Then he came over, and because I needed his help right away, I didn't have time to shop around. He helped us out, he was honest, straightforward, and his prices were reasonable for the job he was doing for us. Since then he has come out every time I have called him. He is punctual and reliable. The experience that I have had with him has been better than the big names that advertise on TV and Radio. I have priced other companies for fixing a water heater, and it was ridiculous amount of money compared to what Tony of TLO charges.

Tony is great. I scheduled with him the day prior and he showed up for our appointment right on time. He completed the job quickly and proceeded to share some interesting facts about history with me. I won't bother my husband with plumbing issues anymore...I'll just call Tony!

The plumber's name is Tony. He does not charge that much. I think he charged about $120. I will use him in the future.

He is not a plumber that I expected. The way he speaks is really eloquent. He talks history and philosophy and stuff. He is not formally educated, but smart. He is really serious about getting things right. For example, I had him do the temperature adjustment for the shower; the temperature is always either too hot or too cold -- but he opened up the wall and he actually tried to fix other components before he had to knock a hole in the wall. I don't think he's going to suggest anything that doesn't need to be done. He is very serious about getting everything right. I would recommend him to anyone in this area. He is great. I was so happy with him, I also had him check a little uneveness in our floor and to seal our toilet. I would use him again in the future.

Phoned Tony at 8 am, he was at my house by 10 am. Very friendly, curtius, knowledgeable. He took apart the handle, explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done. He went out to the hardware store to get the replacement part (old facuet). Returned and installed it within minutes without any problems. I still need a small part from the faucet manufacturer to make it cosmetically perfect. He didn't want to charge me until I received that part from the company. With a large corp it may take a while so I insisted on paying him. His prices are very very reasonable. This was the second time I used his services and happy that I found him.
