She is reasonably knowledgeable, but flaky. She won't set an appointment, you never know when she's coming. She will tell you the date, but does not give a window for time. She may bring a helper and not tell you. She is rather arrogant. We are now going to replace her and not use her services anymore. To be fair, when she first came; about 10 yrs ago - she cared about the work she did. She now seems to have lost interest in the last 8-10 months.

She can identify every plant and disease and treat it.
She came to my property for over a week and hung out in the morning and afternoon to figure out the sun and wind patterns. She's very very talented.
