Great service. Bill and his team were always responsive no matter what it took to make it right. They did the whole thing in about 3 hours as planned. Came in the middle of the night to do the appraisal first time. Seems Bill works around the clock. One thing I appreciated the most was that Bill ALWAYS answered his cell phone. A feat we all can appreciate.
