Bill Susa of Susa Residential Construction takes great pride in the finest sub-contractor based relationships in Southern California developed during a 25 year position with S & S Construction (Now Shapell Homes), one of the premier home builders in California. Bill Susa supervised the construction of over 1100 luxury homes from the grading process to final move-in of new homeowners. In 2008 this experience and relationships established, were joined to form Long Beach based Susa Residential Construction, Inc. and has enjoyed success in the remodeling, additions, and new custom home business in Los Angeles and Orange County.
