Responded quickly to my phone message, and was able to come out the same day for an estimate. A few days later, called to schedule installation. Eric was great - very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to find the exact match for the missing slats on one set of vertical blinds, and a very close match for the other, which was discontinued. Installation was performed quickly and efficiently. Very pleased in every regard - with the company and with the final result.
