General Remodeling
Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend Steve. He is reliable, honest, and hardworking. His only downside is his billing. He does all the work on budget, but the actual invoices are a little unclear. He will verbally describe all of what is included on each invoice, but it is not written out clearly unless you bug him about it. This is a result of him focussing on doing the work, and not being the best business person. Also, Steve can come across as being pessimistic about certain things throughout the project, but don't be bothered by it. This is just him verbalizing his thoughts about what will come up along the way. Once he starts working, he solves all the problems he encounters without problem. The work performed was high quality, without fault. I would rather have quality work and unclear invoices than the other way around.
