Pool and Spa Servicing
IT WAS AWFUL. THEY KNOCKED DOWN OUR BACK YARD FENCE. WE WERE YELLOW TAGGED AS UNSAFE BY THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH. IT DELAYED THE JOB AN EXTRA THREE MONTHS AND IT COST US, AS HOMEOWNERS, AN EXTRA $10,000 TO REPAIR ALL OF THE DAMAGE THEY DID. THEY DESTROYED OUR LANDSCAPE AND WE HAD TO HAVE THREE TWENTY-FOOT PALM TREES REMOVED. AFTER OUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE TOLD US THAT ALL THE DAMAGE TO OUR BACK YARD WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF SPLASH POOL COMPANY, THEY INVESTIGATED AND DETERMINED THAT THEY HAD NO ACTUAL OFFICE. THEY WORK OUT OF THEIR HOME AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT POOL BUILDERS. THEY ARE POOL BROKERS AND THEY FIND PEOPLE TO COME AND DO THE POOL. IT COULD BE ANYONE OFF THE STREET COMING INTO YOUR BACK YARD. I WOULD SAY THAT HALF THE PEOPLE PROBABLY DID NOT HAVE A GREEN CARD.
