The guy knows his craft

Jaime arrived within the timeframe he said he would and stayed as long as it took him (3.5 hrs) to complete the mounting of 2 tvs and one mirror, which was well beyond the timeframe he thought. He did an excellent job and was neat and tidy while working. I will def hire him again as a handyman to complete any future projects that come up!

He explained the installation of the microwave well. I won't hesitate to hire again. The install microwave and light was reasonably priced. The light installation was fast.

Very Humble and respectful man, extremely Knowledgable, and knows his craft, He explains all his work before, he starts and varifies with you when completed, Keeps to his price, Very reasonable. I had 15 different jobs from Electrical, plumbing, hanging Shower doors, fixing jammed doors and locks, remove and replace track lights. balance Washer, I will use him again.

It was the worst experience. The worker had no idea how to fix a water heater vent pipe to code. I am handicapped and the worker took advantage of my disability. He took my money and when the inspector came it failed the inspection. I emailed the company and no response. I text the worker to inform him that his work failed the inspection. His first response was "what do you want me to do about it?" Then he's tells me "I can go fix for a little extra charge". This guy wanted to charge me more money to come out and fix it!!! REALLY?? I called Home Advisors and they have to do a report, which could take several days. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix their work. Who likes paying twice for something when it should've been done right the first time. This was my first time using Home Advisors and South Xtreme Home Improvement Will never use them again. I felt that they discriminated and took advantage of me for being an elderly handicapped person.

I had 3 different projects: broken piece of travertine slab, loose faucet spouts, and a sticking electrical switch. Jimmie showed up on time and worked diligently on each project. He cleaned up after himself and put everything he had removed from under my sink back in place. I would've never known anyone was here!!! He re-set the broken piece of travertine and used some travertine repair kit I had to fill in the crack. It looks great!!! I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Outstanding housecleaning. Irma and Jaime leave my place spotless. They bring all of their own supplies, and are hard-working, very nice people. They now come every two weeks. I'm glad I found them!

Jaime is a very caring man. He wants to do whatever he can to get the job done and done right. He cleans up at the end of each day. I would recommend this handyman to my closest friends and neighbors. Once he starts working on your house, he does not take on other jobs and leave you stranded for a few days. I am extremely please with his work. He gave me a one price quote for all of the items on my list. I had other companies quote and no one came close. He is truly one in a million. I am a senior and I can trust him completely.
