Service was prompt and owner arrived as scheduled.  He inspected the house and recommended treatment at certain locations where he found evidence of termites.  However, about 2 months later we had to call him back  for evidence of termites in exactly the same place that we had seen it the first time.  To be fair, this is low end servicing and we knew that going in.  The best approach is to tent the house but that's just too expensive for us.

I was having other vendors I located on Angie's List coming out to give estimates. Then I learned that my next-door neighbor was working with the City of Glendale to get her house tented and the cost she was quoted was much less than the quotes I was getting. I contacted her vendor which was South Shore. They came out and quoted me a similar price to my neighbor's. It took three days out of the house. They did both properties simultaneously. Honestly, it was HALF THE PRICE!! They provided a computer disc providing the preparations to be undertaken and the bags to store the food while fumigation was going on. They were done when they said they would be. It was a breeze.

These people are very responsible. They were always on time and very willing to help us. The whole job went very smoothly - from start to finish. I've had two questions since job was finished and my calls have been answered right away - very politely. I do not hesitate to recommend them for extermination work.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 8 YEARS. THE FIRST FEW YEARS, SMALL LOCAL TREATMENT HAD BEEN APPLIED. RECENT YEARS, EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE ACCORDING TO THE INSPECTOR. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN REPORT FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS.

SOUTH SHORE EXTERMINATING IS A VERY HIGHLY QUALIFIED BUSINESS TO DO THIS TYPE OF JOB. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT AS WELL AS THEIR PERSONNEL. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEIR PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM BEFORE. THEY PUT A TENT OVER MY HOUSE AND THEY GASSED MY HOUSE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
