I didn't know if the radio was the cheapest, but it was on sale. It seemed to be working great. It has Bluetooth capability for my phone and I have hands-free phone. They were great. They were fast and they explained everything to me, which some of them I forgot. I got DVD as an owner's manual thing and it was very easy to use. My questions were answered. I was able to figure things out of the DVD as I didn't have an owner's manual anymore, so that was nice. My van is with my brother right now, so I am not using it. The price seemed moderate to me. It doesn't seem like a great deal at this point. I don't have any problems with the radio and it is working. There aren't any loose wires. It doesn't cut out on me in a certain area. I called them back when I couldn't figure how to work the phone function. I felt like they should have called me back and they didn't. I figured that on my own and I am not that upset about it. I certainly would recommend them.
