Kevin did an excellent job on my two 9x12 rugs...he picked them up at the time he promised, cleaned them, and wrapped them up for shipping for me sense he new I would be moving. I have two more rugs that I will have him clean as soon as I empty the bookcases that are on top of them. GOOD JOB
