SLOTTERBECK ROOFING

Great! They came out on Saturday and took a few hours to evaluate and perform tasks. This is my second time using them and still just a great!

We got three estimates, two of which were reasonable. We chose Slotterbeck Roofing, because an architect friend had given them a high recommendation and his estimate was lower by $1,300. Mark Slotterbeck came out, arriving on time and gave us an estimate of $7,383.00 to put a second layer of shingles over existing. He would also purchase and install a wind turbin and a solar attic fan on the garage and workshop. The estimate included getting a city permit. There was a 5 year warranty on workmanship. We agreed on an installation date. We were impressed with the whole operation. The roofers arrived on time everyday and were pleasant, experienced and professional. The area was cleaned up before they left for the day. Dry rot was found was found on three sides of the overhang and facia on the garage. They replaced the shiplap wood and facia, primed it and added new dripedge metal. We also asked them to install a new gutter on the back edge of the workshop, as well as, a new vent on the house. They did what they said they would do and then some. Mark Slotterbeck spray painted all the older roof vents to blend in with the color of the new shingles. The roof looks great! Mark called later and asked if we were satisfied with the completed roof. Our neighbors hired them to install several wind turbins on their garage. We would be pleased to recommend this roofing company. Thanks for the fine job, Mark - see you in thirty years.

INSTEAD OF JUST TEMPORARY FIXING THE SPOTS, HE COMPLETED THE WHOLE ROOF TO HELP PREVENT ANY OTHER LEAKS. HE ALSO REPAIRED THE LEAKS AROUND MY SKY LIGHTS, ONE IN MY KITCHEN AND ALSO ONE IN MY MASTER BATHROOM.

THE PEOPLE HAD GOOD WORKMANSHIP. THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE JOB. THE COMPANY IS IN HIGH DEMAND FOR THE PRICE OF THE WORK. THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE DELAY.
