This general contractor, Kyle, was the best. Kyle and/or his subcontractors were working on the project six days a week from start to finish. The project came in within the budget and even finished one day early. Kyle has a seemingly endless supply of subcontractors to make sure the job keeps moving at a steady pace. He is also bilingual, a good craftsman, honest, a good communicator, and he made sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted. The remodel looks amazing and Skrindo Properties was incredibly easy to work with.
