Lance has been our "go to" guy for all our painting needs for about 12 years. He has never disappointed us. He is very meticulous and will not consider the job done until we are completely satisfied. He has made great suggestions about color as well as the type of detailing that would look best. He has always adhered to his prices he has quoted.
Warning: Lance may not have been the cheapest, but if you want the job done well and you want it to last, he's your guy.
Lance can also be trusted to work well even if the property owner may not be available to supervise him.
