Rl Plumbing

I have had RL Plumbing (Rich) do plumbing work here for several years. Rich is a licensed plumber (#651708).  As always, he arrived promptly and had already purchased the necessary parts.  He went to work immediately, replacing both sprinkler valves.  He worked carefully, at a steady pace, and completed the job within an hour or so (wasn't watching the time - don't need to with Rich ).  He cleaned up the work area, leaving it cleaner than when he arrived.  He prepared a written invoice, presented it to me, took his check and left.  He did warn me that the glue he used on the sprinkler pipes needs at least 24 hours to dry, and not to test the new valves until the next day.  When I tested them, they worked perfectly.  He also said to call him if anything needed further attention.  He always says this at the end of a job, but I have never had to call him back to re-do anything he has worked on.  I will continue to use Rich as my plumber.
