The painting was sub par around the baseboards but the walls looked fine. They used wrong size screws to reinstall the dishwasher. They were too long and skinny. I had to stop them from using screws that would damage the counter top. Their attitude appeared to be like they were in hurry to get it done and get out.
Description of Work: They tore down and put up new walls that were water damaged. They painted the walls and surrounding areas.

Guillermo Galinolo came with 2-3 other crew members to remove the wet carpet and set up the blowers to dry the walls. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. We scheduled a time period for when to pick up the dryers and the crew came during that exact hour. Very punctual.
Description of Work: We had a sudden slab leak in our downstairs bathroom. On our insurance agency Allstate's recommendation, Resto Tech came within a couple of hours to dry out our downstairs walls. They said the water damage was too extensive on the carpet so removed the wet patches.

Description of Work: PIPE BROKE IN BOY'S BATHROOM IN OUTSIDE CLASS ROOM, AND FLOODED 2 CLASS ROOMS DESTROYING WALLS, FLOORS, AND TEACHER SUPPLIES.
