plumbing, drain cleaning
 + 0 moreRuss arrived the next morning and was there all day, and brought a helper with him after lunch. Russ had to spend a lot of time under our dusty house, he was very careful to not get dirt go everywhere and even left a tarp beneath the crawl space for the next poor person who has to go under there! He replaced our drain, overflow and pipe.
Description of Work: Shower wasn't draining, called Russ around dinner time. He asked me when I wanted him to come over and I said "tonight?" and he was over within 45 minutes. After about 30 minutes of trying to use external auger, he went under house and determined that the pipe needed replacing. Gave a price of $325 and a lifetime warranty on the job. Since we had the drain opened 3 times before at $100 per visit, it sounded like a deal. He said big companies won't let their guys fix it correctly, instead they hope you keep calling them back to "open" the drain.
