The drain in the spare bathroom sink had been leaking ever since I installed a pedestal sink two years+ ago. The area to work on the trap was very tight and it took a while to get the pedestal unbolted so it could be moved to give Tom more room. Once that was done, he discovered what the problem was and had all the parts needed on his truck. He had it fixed in no time and no more leak! I guess I should stop trying to attempt plumbing jobs around the house myself!
The quality of the work was very good and working with Primo is no problem but you have to leave a message and wait for a call back.
I have an old house and there's always more to be fixed than I realize. All was done fast and well.
The person I spoke with on the phone (the owner I assumed) was very professional and helpful in answering my questions and explaining different options. The plumber who did the installation was also was very professional, prompt (he arrived at 8:30 am), and efficient. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.
The Lowes guys leave and my house smells like gas. I call the Gas Co. The guy on the phone walks me through shutting off the gas supply at the meter. I call Primo. It'd be nice if they had a human being that answered their phones for them, but, I've used them a couple times now, and am happy to leave a message.
Maybe I got lucky, but the guys from Primo called back about 10 minutes later to say that they'd finish up the job that they were doing, literally two blocks away, and come right over.
Sure enough in no time, they were there. They replaced the valve, hooked up the stove properly, restarted the H2O heater, tested for leaks and even fixed a bit of the kitchen sink I needed done.
Final Bill $75 for labor, $20 for parts +tax about $110 all in.
