Primo Plumbing quickly responded to a leak under our house (ice maker water line). They turned off the water to the leaking water line and came back at a later date to replace the water line and repair a leak on the exterior of the house (main water line). Problems solved! I will use Primo Plumbing in the future!

We're still using them because it is still ongoing. They were great and they did a great job. The owners name is Tom Brody. He's fabulous and I think that they are competitive. He's your plumbers plumber. If there's a problem he won't stop until he fixes it. He is very dedicated and has a large fleet. He has been around for a very long time. He's got a good crew working for him and they are very knowledgeable. The owner comes out and checks on the job everyday. He's a great guy and hard working and we will be using him again.

Tom Barile showed up at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon. He patiently and competently cleared out the mess of ground-up lettuce that had clogged the garbage disposal and drain. He had to take the pipes apart twice to ensure the job was done correctly. Tom left the work area spotless, and he's a really nice guy!

The shower would not turn off. It was a Friday night.  We had to turn the water to the whole house off.  I called Primo Plumbing and Tom came right out and fixed the shower valve so we could turn the water back on and have water for the weekend.  He was great.

Professionalism was very good. The service was good. He gave me a lot of good information as well as doing it. I'm just totally pleased with them. I went with them mainly because of the reviews on Angie's List.

Due to a recessed faucet locknut under a granite countertop, I couldn't remove my old kitchen faucet myself.  I called Tom at PrimoPlumbing and set up an appointment.  He arrived on time and was very personable and professional.  The removal turned out to be even more difficult than I thought it would be, but he got it...after much cutting and drilling.  Anyway, he installed the new faucet and even took care of a problem with a bathroom sink drain that we hadn't discussed previously.
The drain in the spare bathroom sink had been leaking ever since I installed a pedestal sink two years+ ago.  The area to work on the trap was very tight and it took a while to get the pedestal unbolted so it could be moved to give Tom more room.  Once that was done, he discovered what the problem was and had all the parts needed on his truck.  He had it fixed in no time and no more leak!  I guess I should stop trying to attempt plumbing jobs around the house myself!

What should have been a simple snake job to unclog the kitchen drain turned out to be a $500 job because the clean out opening cap had to be cut off. In addition, none of their cleaning machines would make it to the clog. He had to go under the house to straighten a bend in the pipe so the snake could make it to the clog. While he was under the house he noticed a rusted pipe and unconnected outside drain. He came back the next week and made those repairs under house.
The quality of the work was very good and working with Primo is no problem but you have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

I have used these guys often and I really, really respect their level of professionalism and responsiveness. I have been nothing but happy with their work. They have consistently gone above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I have used them on two separate properties -- one a condo and the other a house. I wish I could remember the name of the owner, but I have had him, and several of his employees do the work. Regardless of if it's the owner or someone else, they get the job done.

This was my first time using their services. They were on time and easy to work with. They also have very fair pricing. When I called to schedule the appointment Tom was able to come out the following day for the service.

My 14-year-old, 40-gallon gas water heater stopped working sometime on a Saturday. I called Primo Plumbing Sunday morning, explained my situation, and a plumber was scheduled to come first thing Monday morning after the plumbing supply store opened. The plumber also installed earthquake straps. The plumber's total time was four hours (included time to go to the plumbing supply store to pick up the new water heater). He hauled away the old water heater.
The person I spoke with on the phone (the owner I assumed) was very professional and helpful in answering my questions and explaining different options. The plumber who did the installation was also was very professional, prompt (he arrived at 8:30 am), and efficient. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.

We had a water leak in the front yard.  We had to shut off the water at the main.  We figured that there was a break in the pipe and realized that all the pipes were old and probably needed replacing. He was very professional and did very good work at a very good price.  Another estimate was twice as much.  He was very busy so we had to wait to schedule the work for a week later but it was worth it to us and he showed up when he said he would.  We would definitely use him again.

I ordered a new range from Lowes.  The guys dropped it off and indicated that the valve located behind the stove was defective and in need of repair.  I didn't have a problem with it prior to their arrival, but okay...

The Lowes guys leave and my house smells like gas.  I call the Gas Co.  The guy on the phone walks me through shutting off the gas supply at the meter.  I call Primo.  It'd be nice if they had a human being that answered their phones for them, but, I've used them a couple times now, and am happy to leave a message.

Maybe I got lucky, but the guys from Primo called back about 10 minutes later to say that they'd finish up the job that they were doing, literally two blocks away, and come right over.

Sure enough in no time, they were there.  They replaced the valve, hooked up the stove properly, restarted the H2O heater, tested for leaks and even fixed a bit of the kitchen sink I needed done.

Final Bill $75 for labor, $20 for parts +tax  about $110 all in.
