Premium Termite and Pest Control

Carson did a thorough inspection: in the attic, and in the crawlspace, as well as the eaves. (Some other companies I considered never bothered to crawl under the house but then proceeded to suggest I should get treatment for subterranean termites: even though I had none.) On the day of the service, Joey and Armando arrived and were polite, good people, and did a thorough job doing a local treatment of termites found using a chemical called Taurus SC (Fipronil), an injected spray foam into the galleries of the termites that kills them over a few days. They also caulked the holes either from exposed termite galleries or the holes they had to make by drilling to find the termite galleries to inject into. Finally, I paid for an additional proactive service: the crew sprayed all exposed wood in the attic and crawlspace (to include concrete foundation) with a chemical called BoraCare, which is a borate chemical (like laundry soap) that gets absorbed into the wood and creates a long-term resistance to termites. I was aware of the BoraCare product and sought this company out because they performed this work. They seemed knowledgeable about the product, while other companies that had it did not, and hence my choice to use Premium for the service. I also liked that Premium offers a 2yr warranty on their service, while most offer only 1. I will use them again and have recommended them to others.

I hired Premium to treat some termite issues in 2016. They found damaged fascia board and replaced it like new, including matched paint. I decided to sign up for their annual protection plan and it has proved to be a great investment. Danny and Joey have come out a couple of times in the past year for some follow up work at no extra cost. The whole staff is prompt, professional and great to work with.

Jason at Premium was awesome, the price was spot-on, in fact the national brand company missed spots that Jason and crew caught. Very professional and didn't mind the phone calls prior to the fumigation and after.

Jason came to my house along with a co-worker and began performing the work as planned. At the same time my roofing contractor was behind schedule due to unforeseen complications, which delayed the timing for when Jason could treat the roof sheathing. Jason and his team were completely accommodating and came back later and even waited around two hours for the roof sheathing to be ready for treatment. While waiting they even went above and beyond the agreed upon services and treated my yard for my ant problem and even treated some other fungus areas at no extra charge. I was having a bad day due to the cost of my roofing project going up substantially higher, but my experience with Premium Termite and Pest Control was the silver lining. After getting four termite estimates I can say that they were at the top of the list as far as a competitive on price. But most importantly I found that they were also very professional, detail oriented and customer oriented. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They did a fine job. I had no issues with scheduling. It took them about 5 days to complete the work because tenting takes 3 days.

They will give me a reminder phone call to set up an appointment. They give me the reminder because I have a dog who needs to be inside while they spray and for two hours following the treatment. They are flexible with scheduling and easy to work with.
