I had used Paul (then ?Infinity Plumbing?) previously to find and fix a copper pipe leak that was behind the dry wall under the
sink.   That work was done about 3 years ago and the area has been uneventful since (which is the desired outcome).  Paul called me back and scheduled me for a Saturday (same day) appointment after I contacted him.  He was a complete professional and a pleasure to have do the work.  He took time to explain how he planned to do the work & gave us our options.  His charge was
$300
for the above work which took just under 3 hours.   He left the areas serviced in clean condition.
I would use Paul again as he was intelligent and willing to explain what he was doing and why.

Excellent.  Responded immediately to voice mail, came out the same day, examined and fixed the diverter right away, and charged a very reasonable fee.  Was very professional and friendly, and there was no mess to clean up afterwards.  I would definitely call Paul again for my plumbing needs.

On Sunday we developed a major leak in the pressure regulator valve for the water supply coming into the house. We had to shut off all water in the house. I called PlumbAbove Inc Sunday evening and left a message. In 15 minutes Paul called me back and we made an appointment for 7:30 Monday morning. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, and left to get the parts he needed. By 8:30 he was back working on the problem and by 10am he was done, cleaned up and gone. He was pleasant to deal with, fixed the problem and even improved the configuration of the pipes from the original.

I reached Paul with Integrity Plumbing (Several firms operate under this name in Orange County--be sure you reach the one located at 207 Highland in Placentia), described a problem I was experiencing with slow drainage, answered some basic questions, and made an appointment for later the same day.  He arrived 7 minutes late, apologized, and waived the $19 service call fee.  He set up his video inspection gear and immediately found standing water in the sewer line slanting downward on its run to the street--not good news.

I was particularly irked, because another company had recently performed a "plumbing inspection," running water through each drain in the house individually.  They explained slow drainage in a shower/ tub in terms of the transition from 1.5" to 2" drain pipes.  After our tenants moved in, it rapidly became apparent that a realistic drainage load created by a family of four, e.g. running a washing machine, using a sink, and flushing a toilet at the same time, caused the toilets to bubble and gray water to back up in the tub and shower.

Paul immediately diagnosed the problem as a root infestation (in five distinct places) caused by a Ficus tree on the county-owned median between the sidewalk & the street.  He laid out the alternatives (remove the tree--which I subsequently learned would involve requesting a permit from the county and if granted, would be done at my expense, hydro-jetting the clay pipe at periodic intervals & hoping for the best, or re-lining the pipe with epoxy resin).  Because we had tenants in the house that needed functional drains ASAP, we chose the latter alternative which was associated with a 50-year warranty (yes, fifty years!) and represented a permanent fix.

Paul worked with me on the price of this job, knocking down the estimate at my request by letting me dig and refill the small trench in the front yard to expose the clay drain pipe (even loaning me the shovel and pick axe to do the work), which I appreciated immensely.  He scheduled the pipe relining for the next day (which he subcontracted), and stopped  by on several occasions before then to check on my progress and provide advice, and during the job to assure that it was going well.  Paul was professional, made a fast and accurate diagnosis, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodated our "need it now" schedule. The work he did to diagnose the problem, build the clean-out and schedule and supervise the pipe relining was excellent. This was an expensive job, but some comparison shopping indicated that we got a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing.  They made a bad situation bearable and performed fast, high-quality work at a good price.

I searched the list for a local plumber with good reviews and found Paul at Integrity Plumbing. I called and spoke with Paul, gave him a description of the drainage problems I was having and we scheduled an appointment for a couple of hours later. Paul arrived right on time and got to work, clearing the clogged drain within a few minutes. He did a great job! Paul is personable, professional, and willing to share his knowledge and experience - I will not hesitate to call Integrity Plumbing if I encounter plumbing issues in the future. Thanks Paul.

The plumber arrived a few minutes late but that was OK because he called and said he was coming. He was extremely courteous. He got to work quickly and had our drain cleared in about 15 minutes. I will call them again for future plumbing work.

Paul came out and was very friendly and very straight forward with us. We showed him the estimate we had received from another plumbing company and he showed us what was right on the estimate and what was not. He saved us a ton of money and we have used him for even the smallest plumbing problems. I find it is easier and sometimes cheaper to just have Paul come out then to depend on my husband to fix it. In the time and price that it would take my husband to buy the parts needed and attempt the repair only to have to go back to the store buy new parts and try again I could have just had Paul come out and do it right the first time.
