+ -1 moreHe is pretty busy. He keeps moving around. He is excellent. He didn't charge me anything. I have referred him for some of the work. If it is minor work then he does not charge me for the service, which is somewhat unusual for a licensed plumber. His service call is about $75. His honesty stands out the most to me. One time I thought I had to replace my garbage disposal. I even went out to a store and bought a new one. I brought it back, and when he checked my garbage disposal, he said I don't even need a new one. He just unclogged it, and he made it work. He is very fair with his price. He is not greedy. He is nice.
Description of Work: I used the services of Phil Graham around six months ago to fix the toilet leak. He has his own business, and he works for himself. He also works for Property Management Company.
