AlI I can say is WOW! Leonard & John Paterno (brothers) run a family business and are truly dedicated to "doing it right". The installation went exactly as promised! The team worked together and were respectful, neat, clean and treated our home as if it were their own. We are beyond pleased with the entire project and all this at a very fair price! If you're thinking of having heating or air conditioning work done, I strongly recommend you call Leonard or John. You won't be disappointed.

Another highly reputable contractor had said we could not have central air because there was a huge pipe blocking the entry to the area above the ceiling. Not a problem for John Paterno! He had an immediate alternative and in the end even re-routed the pipe. I cannot imagine anyone more knowledgeable! He and his brother worked with our time restrictions and gave us a great price. They were a joy to do business with, friendly and professional. We are very grateful to have found them.

Paterno's is a local family run business, specializing in Heating and Air Conditioning. We obtained three estimates from other recommended providers. Paterno's came in $200 less than the next closest. They also did a thorough inspection of the home as to what would be needed, provided a written estimate and great in answering any questions, as well as explaining the process. They gave an estimate of four (4) days from start of job to finish, and stuck to it. My wife was very happy with how clean they worked and left everything at the end of each days work. Additionally, they spent all the time necessary to ensure we understood the system, how to operate it, and set the new digital thermostat.

They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They were punctual and communicative. They called me when they were picking up the furnace and let me know when they were coming. They were really clean and wiped their feet before they walked into the house and cleaned up really good. They also did some extra work to make the new furnace stable. Their price was more than fair and they didn't try to gouge us.

It very well they did a great job, came 2000.00 under a previous quote. I had gotten great personal referrals about this company, that have used this company as well. They were very professional, and gave a through inspection and kept the 4 days ETA for work to be done.

This is one of those cases where as soon as they finished the work, they no longer returned any of my phone calls. Their work was actually good; however, when I wanted the A/C to a certain bedroom adjusted a few weeks later, they never returned my call. Also, I had a 2 year annual maintenance plan with them and they again did not return my calls to schedule an appointment. I think it is really unprofessional of a company to treat their customers this way.
