The house was stripped down to the bare walls and everything was installed. They installed heating and air conditioning system too. The price that we paid them included everything. They contracted out the job and got other people to get the work done. They did the architectural drawings for us. Olfati is the architect and he owns the construction part too. He had the construction people come in and they did most of the work for us. They met with us when we had to go to the city and get certain things done before starting the remodeling work. We purchased a lot of the equipments on our own which they wanted to do. We have a 3600 square foot house. I would recommend them to others as they did a good job. The workers were wonderful. They were all good and came on time. They were professional too. There was one guy who was good in his job, but was temperamental. He got the people to do what needed to be done. He was good most of the times, but it was only when he had his mind set on what he wanted to have done. He forgot that the customer is always right. Eventually he did whatever we wanted him to do. Overall the job was fine.
