No Worries Pool Service

Chris and his team and No Worries Pool Service are fantastic. We've contracted No Worries for weekly pool service since 2013 (recommended by previous owners before then) and they have been reliable, prompt, and excellent in quality and service. I want to especially point out the incredible service offered by Chris. Our system is fairly reliable, but whenever there has been a problem, Chris comes out personally to assess it and do whatever is necessary to make things work again. Multiple trips, dealing with warranty issues with pump manufacturers, etc., etc. Chris has also been great about notifying us when he sees a subtle issue in its formative stages, rather than waiting until it's a full-blown problem. You can do no better than No Worries Pool Service. I cannot recommend them any more highly. They are terrific.

This company has maintained our pool and spa for several years.  They are prompt, responsive and quite reasonsble for the level of service they provide.  We also have the strong impression that they only suggest replacement of equipment when it is necessary. We trust them completely!

I called Chris, and we discussed the service issues. He came out within 24 hours to assess the problems, and provided me immediately with an accurate estimate of the final cost.
The leak work required his coming out on 2-3 occasions to followup on his initial work.
He completed the final repair--replacing an O-ring without extra charge, despite his having to make another trip to our home.
I would highly recommend Chris for his professionalism--prompt and courteous response to calls and high quality work.

They are phenomenal. They really know what they are doing. We are extremely happy with them. They spend all the time necessary that needs to be done. My daughter knows how to test the chemicals and they were all out of whack. In a very short amount of time they had everything back on track and they are getting ready to install a new pump for us.
