They scheduled a day and time for the estimate and I made sure I was there. When he first arrived he jumped off his truck in very unprofessional attire. Who wears shorts and sandals to a proposal?
They talked numbers and at the end of the day he was charging as much as my personal concrete friend was. I don't know if she agreed to because of pitty (I felt pitty for the guy too... looks like he really needs a job). The day for pouring concrete came and I found it funny that after removing the old asphalt with a rental excavator, very little was done to make sure the soil was pressed down... but what do I know. I am not a licensed concrete contractor.
After the job was completely done we waited a full month before ever using the drive way. A full 30 days of parking on the street and getting the neighbors upset on street sweeping days. This was the biggest headache ever!
After less than 2 months of having the driveway in use we started to notice that the entire slab of concrete started to lift from one corner. My mom proceeded to contact Moli and was left waiting for him to show up.
I decided to take over the responsibility of contacting Moli and he has failed to show up. I scheduled three appointments with him of which he has shown up to NONE. He is everything I imagined... Unprofessional, horrible customer service, and a business which should not have the license for this type of work. I have twisted my ankle and tripped on this driveway many times now.
If this is not fixed I will proceed to report yo to the BBB. Please come and fix our driveway!!
