We had water accumulation on bathroom floor and leakage under hallway floorboards after using tub or shower. MJM said they would send representative within next two hours to give estimate on extent and cost of repair. Two men showed up about 1 1/2 hours later and immediately started to diagnose and repair leakage problem. They removed and reseated the shower diverter valve which was leaking in the wall. They also replaced tub faucet which had small leak and calcium accumulation in it. They also recaulked around front of tub where there also was leakage. It took them about an hour. This appears to have solved the problem.
I was very impressed that they pitched right in to fix the problem even though it was New Year's eve afternoon. I have always had good service from MJM. They have taken care of our rental also and bill us with the charges. Prices are always reasonable.

Arrived on time, friendly and courteous.  However, the plumber immediately assumed that I did not comprehend what needed to occur in which to repair my kitchen sink.  The sink leaked only  when the stopper was in place and water was in the sink.  The plumber proceeded to tell me that this is due to the fact that the drainage unit needed to be replaced.  Being that the unit is over ten years old, I understood that, but when he tried to explain further, he started to double-talk.  Of course my radar kicked in and I let him babble for a couple of minutes after which I concluded that he was babbling because he is a liar.
He clearly stated to me, "I replaced the drainage unit, but I cannot figure out why it is still leaking".  I told him, "It wasn't leaking prior to your visit, why would it leak now?  Plus, it is leaking without the stopper".  He quickly went into denial and told me I heard wrong.  Please!  I may be old but I am not deaf.  
Then he attempted to become argumentative in my home.  I told him to finish the job because he needs to leave.  He finished in less that five minutes.  This man was rude, confrontational and attempted  to talk too much on my dime. I am not his friend...just do the job and move along!

These guys are great! Very nice and showed up on time and began work immediately. I like them so much I called after to schedule them for an estimate on re-piping my whole house.

We have used MJM several times to clear blocked drains. They are always prompt and efficient. This time our renter had a blocked main drain caused by roots. They arrived at the renters house two hours after I called. They cleared the main drain as requested.

so every time i ran my kitchen sink, it rained on my neighbor's car downstairs.

they showed up when they said they would and did a great job.  it was pretty challenging to figure out where the water was coming from but they figured it out and fixed it!

They were timely and fast. 

We called MJM since we have used them before. They responded promptly to arrive when our tenant was there. They ran their machine into the main line to clear roots causing the stoppage. The tenant was very pleased with their service and response. MJM has always responded to our rental without requiring us to be there and they bill us for the charges. The cost is VERY reasonable for the service. I highly recommend them.

Price might have been a bit less than the $75 I listed.  I could not find the check, but I considered it very reasonalbe and a bit happily surprised.  He came in politely, on time, explained the problem with the food disposal, fixed it, when I asked who to make the check out to, he just said, we will send a bill.  Thanked me and left.  One of the best, highest thought of service repairs I have ever had.  The kind that you wonder if the review was by the owner, but nope, he was for real.  You can't go wrong with MJM Plumbing.

They showed up on time. Worked quickly and were completely successful. They needed to go under the house in a very tight area - no problem.

Great service. Moe came out and gave us a detailed estimate for the work. We were able to schedule the work relatively easily. When we decided to add a recirculating line for our new water heater, he quickly updated the estimate. The work was completed within a week and they completed a thorough walk-thru following the job to explain all of the work they had completed. They did a very professional job and I would go to them first in the future for any additional work.

MJM came out the same day. They not only fixed the pipe, they noticed that the toilet was loose. One of the bolt had broken. They reseated the toilet and installed new bolts. Our tenant was very happy with the service. They had not told us the toilet was loose but MJM went ahead and fixed it properly. $95 was cheap considering the work they performed. I have used MJM several times before and have always been satisfied with their service.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and was given a 9-11am window. James arrived just a few minutes after 9. He was polite and efficient. While replacing the faucet and disposer, he noticed that that a few of the parts underneath needed replacing (some of the original 1960s parts were not in mint condition) and did this as well. I was very happy with the job--James even cleaned up and placed cleaning supplies neatly back under the sink. I was impressed--I would highly recommend.

After discovering that there was a gas leak in my house, I called MJM. They came out but before actually going under the house, Shay told me that there would be a charge for performing that work. Knowing up front that I was making a financial investment gave me the option of making an informed decision. I gave him permission and after giving me an estimate that was much lower than the previous plumber I'd met with the day before, I told him to do the job. He and his assistant found not only 1 but 3 small leaks throughout the house and fixed them. They arrived on time, were professional, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, which impressed me seeing that I was being charged per hour. My only disappointment was that MJM doesn't take credit cards and that could possibly make a difference in choosing to use them the next time. I wouldn't hesitate using them again based on their work and their honesty.

Two technicians showed up on time and cleaned out the drain very promptly. Left without making a mess. Good job. I have used them befoe for our rental house. They work well with tenents and bill us for the work. They are very efficient and fair priced.

I had been calling around, trying to find a plumber who could get me a water heater with a 12 year warranty. Most would only supply a 6 year warranty model, or they wanted a ridiculous amount for a 12 year one. Moe, the owner, called his supplier, called me back ten minutes later and had two 12 year models for me to choose from, at a very small increase in price (and two hundred less than other quotes). We set up an appointment, the guys arrived on time and they were very professional. I will be calling them again soon for other work I need done. One possible concern is that they seem to only accept checks or cash, not credit cards, which could pose a problem for someone getting a large job done.

I LIKE THEM. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. I TRUST THEM NOT TO RIP ME OFF AND THEIR WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE WELL. THEY HAVE DONE WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE, EVEN WHEN WE'VE CALLED THEM AT TEN AT NIGHT.
