Mike Browder never finished my plans for the remodel of my home. He came over to my home to take measurements and to get a retainer of $750.00. He said he would have my plans done in two weeks. He has not produced anything for me and it has been 10 months. I have called him about every other day for the last ten months leaving voice mail. I did speak to him about two time over this period. It has been about four months since I last spoke to him. He does not return my calls. I have tried calling at different time on the day and evening.
Description of Work: Mike Browder came over to my home to design the remodel of my home. He took measurements and was to have the plans ready for me in two weeks. When he did not get back to me I started calling him and leaving voice mail. I was able to speak to him a couple of times. He said he would get right on it and would get back to me with the plans in two weeks. It has been about ten months since he cashed my check for $750.00 for the retainer and I still do not have the plans. I have not spoken to him in the past four months but have left voice mail on the average of once a day for the last four months. In the beginning I called about every other day.
