I don't think we can say enough great things about Matt. My husband and I met him at an open house and talked with him a bit about what we were looking for in a home. My husband and I kept seeing him at open houses and there was just a feeling that he just "got us" and knew what we were looking for. We hired Matt and immediately we were on our way to finding our new home. He never tried to sell us on a home just to "make the sale", he wanted to make sure it was what we really wanted and would be happy in for years to come. It didn't take long before he found us the perfect home. He walked us through the entire process from looking for a home to handing us our keys.
Matt is knowledgeable, smart, polite, responsive and professional. All the qualities that you need in a person that is helping you look for a new home and is in fact going to represent you to the agent and seller of your new home.
I would recommend him to anyone that wants to find that special home. You can't ask for a better Realtor than Matt.

5 stars from start to finish. My boyfriend and I met Matt at an open house while house hunting. From the day we met him we knew that he would help us find our home. Matt absolutely exceeded my husband and I's expectations. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Then we got in contact with Matt and he walked us through every step of the process and made us feel so at ease. He was always there for us when we needed him and never made us feel like we were on our own. If you are in need of a realtor you must call him. He will make your home buying experience amazing!

Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and he kept us grounded especially since the Orange County market is so difficult to predict. This is the fifth home I've sold and it was absolutely the easiest. Matt's sales and business experience definitely helped me get the maximum dollar amount for the property. I followed his recommendations and the results speak for themselves. I got a price for the house greater than anticipated and closed in less than 30 days. Although I had bought and sold previous homes, I knew I needed some help with the sale of my current property. After talking to a few people, I knew Matt was the right fit for me. He was knowledgeable about the area, knew (and could explain easily) how the transaction would work and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. His follow up was amazing and he made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling. Matt is always ready to answer questions via email, txt and phone. I really think he is one of the best real estate agents I've ever worked with...and I've worked with many. He closed the deal and got us what we wanted. The property was 2 hours away and he was there for us. I highly recommend him.

We were in a situation which found us needing to purchase a home and move in within a 6 week time frame. Additionally, the home needed to be in a very specific, geographical area. Matt was amazing. He walked us through the whole process, made numerous phone calls and searched for us incessantly, until we found a home to meet our urgent, prescribed needs.
