Initially, we had asked for a basic cleaning, but after close inspection of the carpet and stains, a shampoo cleaning was recommended. For an additional $70, we basically did shampoo cleaning for the 2 living rooms, 1 bedroom, and one hallway - and so we got 2 rooms at the basic cleaning cost, which was great :)
Overall, very happy with the outcome and the service.

My husband had become bed bound, and I needed to use a Hoyer Lift to transfer him to a wheel chair so he could get out of our bedroom and see part of the "world". Hydraulic leakage was evident from time to time. This was just a fraction of the dreadful stains that reminded me of his situation. I am so pleased with the attention and service provided. I no longer see these stains and I am so grateful.
