I’ve used Marianna’s Cleaners for years, but I stopped after dealing with constant issues—unpredictable teams and inconsistent cleanings. After a year-long break, I decided to give them another shot. I regret it. When the team arrived, I closed the two kids' room doors and told them, “You don’t have to clean the niños’ rooms.” That meant they only had a one-bedroom house to clean. They finished and left, and I assumed all was good—until my wife got home. She walked into the kitchen and was shocked to find it untouched. The floor had crumbs everywhere, the counters were dirty, and it was completely unacceptable. Frustrated, she started cleaning the kitchen herself before suggesting I at least call them to ask what happened. When I called, they insisted that I had told them not to clean the kitchen. That never happened. They sent the team back out, and this time, the kitchen was cleaned properly—as it should have been in the first place. But a couple of days later, I got another call from them, repeating the same ridiculous claim that I told them to skip the kitchen. Then, they abruptly canceled my next appointment. Their prices recently increased to $250 per cleaning, and for that price, you’d expect professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail. Instead, you get an unreliable service with rotating teams that don’t seem to communicate or follow instructions. I’ve also referred family to them, and they’ve had the same problems—unpredictable cleanings and a company that doesn’t seem to care. This used to be a great service when Rosa’s team was around, but now it’s completely hit or miss. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

We wouldn't hire anyone else. They were mostly on time. They were hardworkers. They were honest. They really know how to clean. Their customer service was outstanding. They didn't come to chat but to work. They were very sweet and very nice. They were there to perform a function. They were great with people.

They are thorough and will do any special project as directed. A supervisor will come check their work occasionally and that’s comforting.

The work is done timely but they don't rush and make sure it's done well.

I will continue to use them because they are thorough and professional and always show up on time.

They do very well! I have had them for several years. They are consistent. They come every week and they are flexible with the schedule. They have people who are easy to communicate with if you request that. They take direction well. If you aren't happy with someone, they will change them out. If you have a problem, they will send out a supervisor too.

We have used them off and on for about 6 years on a weekly basis. They are okay. Two people come and they do a pretty good cleaning. They are friendly. They have improved communication and flexibility over the years.

We have had them for 2 months now and they do a wonderful job! I am extremely pleased. They are probably most thorough company we've hired.

There were about 4 workers and a supervisor the first time. All were very friendly and did a good job. I have been using this company for 4 months now and they come over every thee weeks for about 2hours with two workers. So far scheduling has been good, communication between me and the office has been good. I use E-mail to correspond back and fourth and now they have Texting reminders on my cell which is a great Idea. The manger also did a surprise visit to check up on me and the team that was working on my house. When they come over there is a quick briefing before they start and after they are done they ask me to check around the house. At first some places were missed but communicating and resolving any issues was not a problem. I did noticed as well as another reviewer on here mentioned that not all of the things that they move are placed back. This does not bother me much as I just go around putting them back and it's usually moved a little it's not like things are moved to a different room, then that would bother me. Nothing broken and I do show them what to be extra careful with. There have been more then one team to clean my house but I actually like that because I was then able to choose which team I liked the best. I have now found a team that I preferred and they will be the ones coming over every month.

It took me a long time to find a cleaning company that I could trust.  I've used Marianna's for a couple months now.  I first used them for a deep cleaning, then hired them to come in bi-weekly at $100 maintenance each time they came out.  I have a 1950s small 3 bedroom 1600 sq ft house.  I believe the price is very reasonable for the detailed work they do.  They thoroughly clean all the rooms, bathrooms, puts away dishes from dishwasher, and make all the beds.  I was very surprised on one occassion, when they must of had extra time.  I have one cupboard that is a pile of tupperware.  I cram these containers in.  I opened the door and actually thought that someone had stolen my containers.  Turns out everything was just neatly stacked and organized and I had room to spare.  They fold my my tissues/toilet paper, make the beds perfectly... they just do extra little things I didn't expect.  If they keep up the great work, I would use them indefinitely.

I'm new to having my house cleaned by someone besides me, using this service for under one year. Initially, everything seemed to my liking. With the passage of time, I grew more and more displeased with both the quality of work and the communication between crew and the office. Then the problems started. Lights left on. Toilet left running (for hours until I got home from work). Shower left dripping (though all it needed was to be shut off). Somehow, the toilet seat was broken - not what you might expect - the connection with the plastic sections/screws was detatched - ripped from its base?! Most recently, a plate portion of a tea cup and saucer was broken. Promises of improved quality are made but not kept. Although the crew comes to my house when I'm at work and the company knows this,  and it has been made clear I will always leave my back door unlocked, I keep getting calls "the crew is here and no one is home. They have no way of getting inside to do the cleaning." Frustrating. I'm currently looking for a replacement service as this company makes me want to go elsewhere.

1.  Different cleaners were sent each time.  About 1 in 3 times I got a good cleaning.  This was despite the fact that they said the same cleaners would come.
2.  Rushed through and broke a lot of items.  One time broke 3 items and dented a brick floor in front of the fire place.
3.  Didnt fess up to breaking items and hid them a few times.
4.  Did not arrive when they said they would.

I had been using another local cleaning service for a few years, but started noticing that some things were not being done well anymore. I received a door hanger for Marianna's, and I hung onto it for a little while before contacting them because I wanted to give the other company a chance to fix the problems I was having with them.
Once I decided to call Marianna's, they got back to me very quickly to schedule the initial visit, where I was given a very good evaluation and estimate of what would be done and how much it would cost, and how long it would all take. Matthew was very professional, and nice about talking quietly while my 2 year old took a nap.
We scheduled the cleaning to take place later that week. My house was cleaned well, and smelled great afterwards. I am very pleased, and will be contacting them to set up a recurring schedule.

See above.....I don't really remember anything of that day, but my family was pleased with the house cleaning.
