+ -1 moreFrom the start we told Cheryl our three biggest concerns were staying on budget, keeping to the time line and keeping us informed on any "surprises" or ASAP issues. The space plan was incredible and the only budget issues we went over were items WE requested via change orders. The site was ALWAYS kept clean and her team ALWAYS showed up on time. We did run over slightly on the time line (by 10 days) but that is really nothing AND Cheryl offered solutions we had not even considered like an instant hot water heater, beautiful tile throughout the bathroom, granite counter tops, and GORGEOUS wood finishes!
Description of Work: This was a soup to nuts remodel of our 1951 550 sq ft guest house including; space planning, new bathroom, installation of new windows, carpeting, closet system, retaining outdoor storage unit, updated electrical and new recessed lighting. Also sky lights, new heating system, custom painting(including faux finishes indoor) and complete exterior painting. This also included; tiling, custom cabinetry, and updated plumbing. This was an entire overhaul the WHOLE enchilada - with a limited FIXED budget and an extremely aggressive time line (8 weeks). Finally the space had to be designed to be "senior friendly" for my family's extended stays from the East coast.
