Always excellent service. She was able to watch our pets during Christmas break, and she did charge a holiday surcharge, which was very reasonable and let us knew ahead of time.

I love that she requires us to text her when we get home.

Lily came to meet our 2 Corgis and us prior to setting an appointment. She was everything I hoped for in the person I would entrust my girls to. Prompt, courteous and professional only begin to describe her. Lily has a passion for animals and it is apparent from the moment she stepped in our house. She was thorough in learning specifics about each of our dogs. It meant so much to us that she really wanted to know their personality so she coulld relate to them in a way that was comfortable for them. Lily gave our dogs love and attention on the two times she visited. When we arrived home our girls were fine. Lily left a detailed paper detailing each visiit.
Lily is the best! It is a relief knowing that if I can't be with my girls they will still be taken care of and loved on. I am so happy to have found her!

After speaking with me on the phone, Lily came out to meet our dog and go over everything required, which included medications and special feedings. She visited three times each day, texted me to let me know how things were going, and gave our dog the plenty of TLC. We plan to use Lily's services again.

She came over this morning to check on him. She has a way with animals. I cannot say enough good things about her. She gave him his medicine. I will continue to use her.
