LARA'S TREE CUTTING SERVICE

It was gone before I know it.  it was between sidewalk and retaining wall and causing structural damage.

They were referred to me by a friend.  I called on Friday the fifth and they were able to come out on the following Tuesday.  I described the work over the phone.  I ran an errand that morning and when  I returned home the tree was gone and the two men were cleaning up after them self.  I was very pleased with the work done and the cleanup.  They did a great job.

They did a great job on the initial work.  They were to return in a few days to remove  a tree stump, but they never came.  I tried calling all 4 phone numbers on their website.  None were taking messages.  I spoke with a woman, but she never passed on my message.  About 1.5 weeks later, they came to the door of my house.  They had lost my phone number.  They reduced the price I owed them at my request, and left the tree stump.  I would hire them in the future to do other work.  The work they did was great; their office skills suck. 

They are a smaller family owned kind of company. However, they are excellent. They cleaned up absolutely after they were done. For their first job, they charged us $1600. They trimmed 2 trees on another property for $600.

They showed up just about on time. Then, they spent the next 2 1/2 hours removing branches, and generally opening up the tree to light for future growth. Any additional requests related to the work that they were performing was accepted at no additional fee. When they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up. Now, the trees are free of dead branches and it is generally better looking. I will use them again when I have need for a tree service.
