Description of Work: For over 30 years, I used a legal firm with Atty. James Sanchez worked. In recent years, I used only him because the owner of the firm retired. Atty. Sanchez, could be depent to give good information, sometimes at no cost and other times with reasonable cost. Within the last 6 months he counsel me regarding legal procedure for demanding non payment for rent. In addition, he gave me a template that I can use in the future and another situatuions. He directed me in handling a situation where a tenant died. He assisted me in how to legally return the depost to one of the 5 adult childen. Atty. Sanchez will provide support to you long after the legal situation has been resolved.
