KRYSTAL KLEAR WINDOW SERVICE

Well, we got what we paid for. Hired these guys off of a Living Social deal. Michael showed up and brought his son to work with him, which seemed to be the big mistake. I assume his son was helping his dad for the first time because this kid busted two screen frames as he was trying to put them back in after cleaning the windows. They are broken with the corner of the screen material puckering outward. Worst part is, I didn't even notice until one week later - I should have checked their work immediately afterwards...even fed these guys breakfast for coming over early on a Saturday.  There's nothing worse than shoddy work and not owning up to it. The screens were left jammed into the window frame, the entire corner sticking out with the damage clearly showing. I wrote to the company and explained the situation by email. No acknowledgement, not apology. No more business from me.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. THEY PROVIDE PROMPT AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.
