KID ROOTER PLUMBING

I called dispatcher who said I would get a call back in 5 minutes by the person for my area.  It took another call to the dispatcher when 45 minutes passed and no call came.  After that second call the tech did call me right away apologizing for the delay explaining he would be here within the hour if I still needed him.  His quote to clean the main line was $99.  He arrived right about when he said he would.  It was late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend so this was impressive.  He worked on our problem for nearly an hour but when finished everything worked in our home once again.  He was professional, well spoken, had a clean appearance, and it was obvious he had lots of experience even though he appeared pretty young for all that knowledge.  He explained each step as he did it probably because my husband was asking a lot of questions about plumbing in general.  He said the price is the same no matter if it's a holiday or a Sunday or late at night.  Good to know.  Hard to find with other companies.  (I called several plumbers on Angies List and some of them wanted 2-3 times more money due to the after hours thing.)
He left our home at 10:30 at night and when my husband told him to go home and enjoy the weekend he explained he still had 2 more calls to go to.  This guy works hard!   We will use this company again for sure.  Very impressive!

THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME AND EFFICIENT. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME WELL.

IT IS A SMALL BUSINESS, SO THEY CAN BE MORE COMPETITIVE. HIS PRICES ARE BETTER THAN A BIG PLACE. HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR FIVE YEARS. I HAVE USED HIM FOR TWO YEARS, AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
