Mike Grosso is seriously the best Realtor I've ever dealt with, and I normally don't like working with Realtors.  So many of them don't listen to what you want and bug you all the time.  But Mike is different.  I sold a townhouse in Orange and purchased a home in Murrieta with him.  I will definitely use him again if I ever have a need.  I've been through sales and purchases before, and I've never appreciated a Realtor as much as I did with Mike.
I was renting out my townhouse when I decided to sell it.  I am an extremely busy person, and Mike stepped up and did as much of the communications for me as possible with the tenant and property management company.  After listing the townhouse, I was planning to create a brochure type of web site for it, but there was a cash offer for it within a week!  He was great with everything and advised on decisions, like what to include in the sale and what to agree to fix.  He provided and filled out all forms.  I especially appreciated his communication with the property manager who had become unresponsive to my emails.
With the home purchase, he was always flexible with our schedule and willing to show properties whenever we wanted, as long as he didn't have a booking already.  He never complained about the distance or about how many offers we wanted him to draw up (there were a few).
The escrow and mortgage companies tend to talk to the Realtor more than the buyer, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way.
There were so many extra things he did that he didn't have to do.  As another example, he knew we wanted to add a pool to the house we bought, and he had a pool contractor meet us at the house during the initial walkthrough to talk about the feasibility of putting in a pool in different locations of the yard.
He's always quick to reply to emails and is readily available by phone.  He's great to be around.  And I'm so thankful that he was around to take care of everything.  I can't say enough about how he was always on top of things.  It was so helpful to me to not have to worry about most things throughout the whole process.  It's refreshing to have met someone with his work ethic.
