Juan is great! Shows up on time, does excellent work, really cares about your project and property, pleasant to work with, and very reasonably priced. Everything you would want. He is my new go-to guy!

The original project was extended, since Juan was so nice and hard working. He removed the unwanted soil and ivy in one day, and then returned with his pressure washer to clean the walls. This was a very labor intensive project, done during a heat wave! He was very conscientious, kind and reliable. Strong recommendation!

He has been here for service 3 times and it has gone very well. He gets right to work and works very fast. Listens to my requests. Finished work is as desired. Plan is for him to continue to service my garden every 2 weeks.

The job went very well. Juan was always punctual and texted with exact times he was coming. He performed the job extremely well. He took out well rooted grass in over 500 square feet and sprayed the area with weed spray. He bought samples of landscape rock and installed it along with covering the area with black weed fabric.
He cut down a large bush that had three root stems..he dug out the roots and left the area very neat.
His prices are extremely fair and I will be calling him again for future yard work.

He keeps both yards looking really nice, and takes on many tasks without prompting. He charges a monthly rate and comes once a week. Also, he is a really good guy.
