 + -1 moreI HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. HE'S BEEN DOING THE HOUSE FOR EIGHT YEARS. WE GOT THE BUSINESS CARD FROM THE PRIOR OWNER. HE IS GOOD, BECAUSE I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. HE TURNS UP EVERY WEDNESDAY AND DOES WHAT HE HAS TO. IN FACT, I THINK HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AND GIVES ME ADVICE.
Description of Work: IT'S THE PRICE PER MONTH. HE MOWS THE LAWN, TRIMS THE TREES, MAINTAINS THE SHRUBBERY, AND GIVES ADVICE ON LAWN CARE.

 + -1 moreJOSE THE OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIBLE. SOMETIMES HE HAS DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND SPECIFIC REQUESTS. HE SEEMS TO BE EXPANDING, SO HE DOESN'T COME AND WHEN HE DOESN'T THE WORK ISN'T DONE TO HIS STANDARDS.

 + -1 moreIT'S ALWAYS THE SAME TWO GUYS, THEY'RE BROTHERS. THE WAY WE GOT THEM IS THAT THEY DID EVERYONE ELSE ON THE STREET. THEY COME WEDNESDAYS AT 3:30, RIGHT ON THE DOT EVERY WEDNSDAY.
Description of Work: THEY CLEAN UP THE DOG STUFF IN THE BACKYARD, TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING IN THE FRONT AND BACK, TAKE CARE OF THE SPRINKLERS AND TAKE THE TRASH OUT.
