 + -1 moreMy experience with Jone's Bicycles over the last 7 years as my favorite local bike shop continues to be remarkably smooth and amiable. The staff is knowledgeable and forthcoming, courteous and precise. The mechanics are excellent, easy to talk to and work quickly to resolve all my issues at a price I can afford. The management is easy to approach and very willing to accommodate my needs or special requests. This is as good as it gets with your neighborhood bike store!
Description of Work: Do maintenance work and upgrades on my Cannondale Synapse 1 carbon fiber bike. Give me a tour of their new bike models and allowed me test ride without any sales pressure. Consulted on an appropriate roof top rack system.
