Bathroom - Remodel
I am extremely disappointed with Joey Builder and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
I hired this company for a project in my home, including work in the master bathroom. Not only did they fail to complete the job properly, but they also caused significant damage in the process. The bathtub was not properly supported, leading it to crack within a month. Additionally, their negligence resulted in damage to the subfloor and first-floor wood.
To make matters worse, I was supposed to receive a refund of $26,000 on January 16, 2025, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to pay. I have given them ample time and opportunities to correct their mistakes, yet each visit from their team only made the situation worse.
Now, repairing the damage they caused will cost $38,000 or more. This experience has caused significant inconvenience for my family and me, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I have formally requested a resolu
