He brings all of those skills and a great caring attitude and people skills to his job as well. Jeremy helped us figure out how much house we could afford and made us feel comfortable about that decision. He then helped us identify our needs and wants and assisted us in targeting neighborhoods that suited our preferences. He was not afraid of steering us away from great properties that simply did not meet our peculiar needs for a natural state and yard. Jeremy spent a great deal of one on one time with us in person and was always there for us on the telephone, returning our calls promptly and/or responding to e-mails quickly as well. In addition, Jeremy gave us access to a number of resources on line that allowed us to hone our search for our dream home and a suitable neighborhood and area. Jeremy gave us great insight into the real estate business and treated us with courtesy and respect -- as if we were one of the family. His knowledge of the system and players in this difficult market populated by foreclosures, short sales and REOs made it possible for us to get our dream home and at an amazing price as well. Finally, Jeremy has a great network of professional skilled craftsman and contractors of all types who have already helped us make our new house a new HOME. We are especially happy with the Kitchen Designer Dave Wagner, the Contractor and Sound tech, M2All (Mitch Lind) and the roofer (Jimmy) Jeremy recommended. This could not have been a better experience in buying a home and Jeremy has got to be the most skilled and personal real estate professional in the business.
