I was very pleased with my experience. I had some old jewelry that needed to be appraised, cleaned and some converted to new items. They were very professional in their work with me. The pieces did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them.

She is a certified gem appraiser; she is not somebody who claims to know what she is doing, and she actually has the degrees. They are really honest in their work. If I want to buy jewelry they are willing to do layaways and they do consignment jewelry and they only do good gems, so I trust their opinion. They are trustworthy.
