J. A. Warner had completed a job next dorr, with which that homeowner was very pleased due to Warner's cleanliness, initial bid, and thoroughness. Warner's bid for me was divided into three areas: 1) roof repair, 2) balcony repair, and (3) insulation installation and all were well detailed. In addition, each day of work was performed by three different sets of workers, but Mr. Warner always was on hand to make certain the final "sweep-up" was performed and the work performed by the sub-contractor lived up to the statement of work. The roofing sub-contractor had the roof completely done in two working days with the aide of four additional workers; and the balcony was essentially completed in two days, with the painting and finishing work completed in another two days. The clean-up each day was very much appreciated, as was the competitive bid and scrupulous completion of facets of the job statement. During the entire two week time, Mr. Warner was instantly available by cell phone and was immediately available if any question or problem arose.
